Jikaseimen Kakikobo Uguisu (自家製麺 牡蠣工房 Uguisu) is a ramen shop located southwest of the Tsujido Station in the Hamatake District of Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Kaki (牡蠣) is the Japanese term for oyster and it is featured in most of the ramens at this shop.
