Miso Moyashi Ramen - Sansho Karashi Miso (味噌もやしらーめん・山椒辛味噌)

Moyashi (もやし) refers to bean sprouts in Japanese.  There are four types of miso flavors available for Miso Moyashi Ramen:
1) Miso (味噌) - Standard miso flavor.
2) Karashi miso (辛味噌) - Spicy miso.
3) Ryoshi miso (漁師味噌) - Miso combined with fish stock.
4) Sansho karashi miso (山椒辛味噌) - Spicy miso with Japanese pepper.

The ramen shop just celebrated its 10th anniversary this month.
